Per-claim deductible for all protection levels. The deductible is waived for burglary claims when a cylinder or disc padlock is used.
No long-term commitment. Cancel your participation in the protection plan at any time.
Your protection plan covers losses caused by the following events.
Forced entry theft with police report.*
Including weight of snow, ice, or windstorm.
Damage to a stored vehicle, boat, or trailer.
Fire damage to your stored belongings.
Including mold and mildew coverage.
Damage caused by rodents or vermin.
Intentional damage to your property.
*Evidence of forced entry and a police report are required for burglary claims. Some coverages have additional limits — please contact us for details. Water damage does not extend to flood or surface water.

Keep an inventory of your items and take photographs before storing them.
Use drop cloths or plastic covers to protect your belongings from dust and debris.
Place boxes on pallets, skids, or 2x4’s to keep them off the ground.
Here’s what to do as soon as you become aware of damage or theft.
Images of the damage will help resolve the claim even faster.
Take immediate action to protect your property from further damage.
Retain your lock and damaged property — we’ll need these to resolve the claim.
Report break-ins to local police and obtain a copy of the report.
Sales receipts, photos, and other evidence of loss will assist in handling your claim.
While we may require some form of stored-goods protection, participation in this protection plan is not required to rent storage space. The plan may duplicate coverage provided by a homeowners or renters insurance policy. The protection plan is a month-to-month program and you may cancel at any time.
